Returns & Refunds

Because many JC Studio products are custom-made, personalized, or printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-designed, personalized, made-to-order, and customer-approved products are final sale once production has begun. This includes products customized with names, text, logos, artwork, colors, sizes, or other customer-requested specifications.

Please carefully review all information, spelling, sizing, quantities, and artwork before approving a custom design or submitting an order.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or JC Studio made an error.

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from what you ordered due to an error by JC Studio, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. When appropriate, JC Studio will provide a replacement, correction, or refund.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, text, dimensions, spelling, and other information they provide are accurate and suitable for their intended use.

JC Studio is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork or information.

Color & Print Variations

Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may vary from the final printed product. Minor variations in color, positioning, cutting, material, finish, or appearance that are normal to the printing and manufacturing process are not considered defects.

Specialty materials, including holographic, metallic, and reflective stocks, may appear different depending on lighting and viewing angle.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
